Ordering Terms and Policies DRAFT

We attempt to be as flexible as possible and our aim is to provide high quality support as efficiently as possible. This leads us to certain limitations and policies which we attempt to explain here.

Purchasing Methods

We accept purchase orders with these terms:

  • we will not produce quotations for most items under $500,
  • most items under $500 can only be purchased using a credit card (not by PO),
  • some specific other items may only be available for credit card purchase (those will be indicated on their pages)
  • vendor supply forms should be five or fewer pages, and not take longer than 15 minutes to complete

Long Term Support

We repair products for up to 10 years from the date of purchase. If you have products older than that we recommend updating them.

If you are unsure of the age of an item please email us the serial number and we will let you know how old it is. The serial number of devices gives a reasonable estimate of manufacture date, which is usually close to the date of purchase, and as of today (July 21, 2022) the item with serial number 4109783 is 10 years old. If yours is a lower number than that it is probably more than 10 years old.

Online Purchases

You may purchase our products online using a credit card, or with a purchase order. If you have any difficulty using our online ordering system please let us know about it so we can help you.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders for orders greater than $500.00, with payment terms not longer than 30 days. Note: Vendor supply forms should be five or fewer pages, and not take longer than 15 minutes to complete.

Payments

For purchases of $500.00 or less, we require orders to be placed online using a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We do not take credit card information over the telephone.

Credit card payment will be finalized within 30 days of the purchase date.

For orders placed using a purchase order, we accept payments in US dollars by US bank check, bank transfer, or credit card.

Payment terms are Net 30.

Custom or Special Items

Please contact us by email sales@curdes.com to discuss pricing, lead time, and technical aspects of custom devices.

Shipping

For domestic shipping, UPS is the preferred carrier.  We cannot ship using Fed Ex.

For international shipping, UPS or DHL are the preferred carriers.  We cannot use Fed Ex or TNT.  All taxes, duties, import fees are to be paid by customer directly to shipper.

Choosing overnight or 2-day shipping does not guarantee immediate order fulfillment. Please contact us if you are under any time constraints, and we will do everything possible to expedite your order.
